Not all deposited funds will appear in your account immediately. Some deposit methods will take longer to process while some are almost instantaneous. Please refer to the table above to see how long each mode of deposit takes.

For international bank wire deposits, please allow 3-5 business days for funds to reflect in your SFG account. SFG does not charge for bank wire deposits but the sending and correspondent bank may charge according to their own fee structure.
You can withdraw up to your original amount via the method you used to deposit. So for the above scenario, if you deposited $1,000 through credit card, the first $1,000 will go back to that same credit card while the next $500 will need to be withdrawn to your bank account.
Your funds are not held with SFG. All client money is managed in accordance with client money laws and kept separate from company funds. Client money is held in segregated Client Trust Accounts with either National Australia Bank (NAB) or Westpac bank.
Yes - if the bank account is in the same name as the account you have with SFG. If the name differs (eg. company name vs personal name), it cannot be done in accordance to strict Anti-Money Laundering policies.
We do not charge any fees/commission on deposits/withdrawals, however, you may be subject to fees from banks involved in the case of bank transfers. Please note that for e-wallets, there may be a fee for withdrawals, if you have not traded.
The recommended minimum amount is $500 USD equivalent but you can fund with as little as $100 in these currencies: EUR, GBP, USD, AUD, NZD

SFG clients benefit from some of the most competitive rates in the industry. For deposits from an external funding source (i.e., from your credit card to SFG account in another currency) and withdrawals to an external funding source ( i.e., from your SFG account to a credit card in another currency), funds will be converted as per the daily bank rate.
